Beverley is a Chartered Physiotherapist qualifying in the UK in 1988. She worked in the National Health Service (NHS) for 14 years and has specialised in Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy. She managed a large outpatient department working closely alongside Orthopaedic Consultants and General Practitioners.
She has extensive postgraduate training and is certified by the Society of Orthopaedic Medicine. She holds a Diploma in Injection Therapy and a Certificate in Spinal Manual Therapy from Curtin University Australia.
Whilst Beverley is a manually trained Physiotherapist recognizing movement dysfunction, muscle imbalances and correcting these by soft tissue release, postural correction, taping and exercise therapy forms a large part of her treatment.
She teaches Matwork Pilates and uses dry needling for pain relief. She also rehabilitates vestibular dysfunction.
She relocated to Dubai in 2001 and has since worked in private practice. She works at the Dubai Rugby Sevens, Dubai Marathon and for the Women’s Tennis Association at the Dubai Tennis Championships. She was a Games maker Physiotherapist at the London 2012 Olympic Games and worked as a Field Physiotherapist at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow in 2014.Book Now
