With over five decades of clinical experience, Malcolm Gregory (Greg) has dedicated his life to helping people recover from pain, stimulate the body’s natural healing mechanisms and make lasting changes.
As co-founder and Medical Director of the Osteopathic Health Centre, Dubai, Malcolm led a multidisciplinary team offering osteopathy, rehabilitation, and integrative care to thousands of patients over a 25-year period.
Today, Malcolm has consciously stepped back from the demands of running a large clinical practice. In December 2025, the Osteopathic Health Centre closed its doors.
Malcolm can now focus on the work that brings him the greatest satisfaction: treating patients, sharing clinical insight, and supporting others through consultancy.
He continues to treat long-standing patients on a part-time basis at Up & Running Wellness Centre, maintaining the same thoughtful, precise, and grounded approach he is known for.
This new chapter reflects a natural easing into a different rhythm of life—one that allows more time for personal interests, and being present with family and grandchildren—while remaining deeply connected to the profession he has served for over fifty years.

A lifetime dedicated to osteopathic medicine
Malcolm first came to Dubai in 1980, when he was invited to work with Al Nasr Football Club as an osteopath and physical therapist. He later served for thirteen years as osteopath to the Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Maktoum Bin Rashid, at Nad Al Sheba Club.
Alongside these roles, he built a respected private osteopathic practice. In 2000, he co-founded the Osteopathic Health Centre, the first dedicated osteopathic clinic in the region, which went on to serve the Dubai community for over 25 years.
Today, Malcolm offers osteopathic health consultancy informed by deep clinical insight, experience with complex cases, and a calm, considered approach to health, movement, and recovery.
About Malcolm Gregory
Malcolm Gregory is a British-trained osteopath with over fifty years of clinical experience.
His work has spanned elite sport and private practice, including work with football teams in Saudi Arabia and Dubai. Over the course of his career, he has treated thousands of patients, with a particular focus on sports injuries, complex musculoskeletal conditions, and integrative healthcare.
In 2000, he opened the first dedicated osteopathic clinic in the Middle East and went on to contribute significantly to the development of osteopathy in the region. He is known for his precise hands-on approach, clinical clarity, and a calm presence that supports both physical recovery and overall wellbeing.
As co-founder of the Osteopathic Health Centre, Malcolm helped shape an integrative, patient-centred model of care that became widely respected within Dubai’s medical community.
He now focuses on osteopathic health consultancy—offering guidance, assessment, and professional insight shaped by decades of clinical practice and leadership.
His work is grounded, thoughtful, and deeply respectful of the body’s innate capacity to heal.
